As we have previously reported in MB/43/20 and MB 7/21 the department had announced that they were intent on moving to a new performance management system. They have now provided us with the outline for the new Performance management process and as such we would like to hear your views.
Under normal circumstances we would ask your branch reps to come out and engage with you on a face to face basis, but as we are working to a tight timescale to provide consultation feedback and, at the time of writing, remain in lockdown; the GEC propose to speak with members by virtual means in an online meeting.
